Integrative Health Courses
We have several courses designed to help you build skills that can aid in your healing journey, your wellness routine, or just enhance the quality of your life.
Our on-demand library includes a 6-week Introduction to Meditation Course, a pranayama/breathwork course, and a course to develop the skills to implement kettlebell training. We also offer live group courses, such as our Awakened Masculine Performance, a 6-month program intended to support the development and embodiment of true masculinity. We also do a quarterly Metabolic Therapies Program and a 28 Day Detox Program (which can be live or self-paced).

Introduction to Meditation:
This course aims to provide initial support in building the framework of "what" and "why" through suggested readings, practice instruction, weekly talks and an ongoing space to ask questions about meditation practice and engagement with a group of others exploring this ground together.

Introduction to Pranayama
Pranayama practices are yogic breath work practices. Developing a sensitivity to our breath, and learning to control our breath in different ways allows us to dramatically impact our physiology.

Introduction to Kettlebells
This course introduces folks to the main Big 6 kettlebell movements- The Swing, The Clean, The Press, The Squat, The Turkish Get Up, and The Snatch. You also receive 4+ months of progressive kettlebell programing to ensure your success and progression.
