Non Dual Wellbeing- Our Approach

At Deep Well Collective we work to understand “how” dis-ease arises, as well as the “why.”

We bring a root cause resolution approach to mental, physical, and spiritual health.

Our approach utilizes a thorough intake process that allows us to gain insight into your unique health history, both physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This allows us to identify what could possibly be some of the contributing underlying factors to your symptoms.

Via the utilization of functional laboratory testing we are able to identify biological contributors such as gastrointestinal dysfunction, nutrient deficiencies, infections, hormonal imbalances, and your unique genetic needs for specific nutrients, as well as identify environmental contributors like mold exposure, heavy metal toxicity, and infectious diseases.

Understanding your uniqueness allows our expertise to shine as we work to help you address any underlying factors contributing to your individual situation with a natural medicine approach.

Our integral approach unfolds further with the employment of evidence-based body/mind/spirit practices, including but not limited to yoga, meditation, breath work, and conscious communication, to name a few.

Employing Nutritherapy- to heal through food- we identify foods high in nutrients you need to reverse deficiencies and support optimal function of the metabolic pathways and genetic expression of those needed to heal any underlying toxicity or disease process at play in your situation. Focused supplementation is often necessary during the healing process. This is in service to supporting the body’s systems to work in harmony such that its intelligence can bring about healing. We rely on nutraceutical-grade supplements to support optimal neurological function, which can affect mood, focus, memory, and more.

Rooted in our acknowledgement that true healing and flourishing result from a deep alignment of the body, heartmind, Soul, and Spirit, we employ a trauma-sensitive process of therapeutic developmental coaching we call Soul Tending. Inspired by Internal Family Systems, Integral Philosophy, Gestalt therapy, and Contemplative and Transpersonal Psychology, we help to guide you through a somatic experiential process to cultivate resilience, resolve inner tensions, enhance self-knowledge and personal development, and find healing.
